129 Website Deal Contract

Website Design & Hosting Agreement – $129/Month

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between:

1. Services Provided

The Company agrees to provide the Client with:

A custom contractor website designed, developed, and launched within 7 business days of the completed onboarding form.
Hosting, SSL, domain registration, and standard email/ticket support for the duration of the term
Basic SEO setup and submission to Google for indexing

2. Payment Terms

The Client agrees to pay $129 per month for 12 months
Payments will be automatically billed each month to the payment method on file.
At any time a client may contact company to get a price to pay off the remaining term which may include a discount
After 12 months, the Client will own the completed website and may:
- Continue hosting, SSL, domain, and email/ticket support at $199/year, OR
- Transfer the website to another provider at their own expense.

3. Draft Guarantee

The Money Back Day Draft Guarantee begins when the Client has submitted their completed onboarding form.
The Company will deliver an initial draft within 72 hours assuming company has all required information to proceed
The Client has 48 hours after receiving the draft to request one round of revisions.
If the Client after reviewing the draft, feels like the company will not be able to meet their expectations with one round of revisions, then client may cancel at that point with no further financial obligation and with a 100% refund of monies paid. At that point, this agreement will be null and void
Once revisions are accepted or the 48-hour window closes, the guarantee period ends, and the Client remains responsible for all payments under this Agreement.

4. Term & Renewal

This Agreement has a 12-month minimum commitment.
Early cancellation is only available under the Draft Guarantee (Section 3).
At the end of the 12 months, this Agreement client may choose to continue service at $199/year OR move their website to another host at client's expense
If client decides during the term of this agreement that they no longer want their services, the remainder of the payments are still due
if client decides they would like to "pay off" the website and take full ownership before the end of the term, they may contact company and request to be charged the remainder of their balance.

5. Ownership Rights

During the 12-month payment period, all website files, domain, and hosting remain the property of the Company.
Upon completion of the 12-month term and receipt of all payments, full ownership of the website transfers to the Client.

6. Default & Suspension of Services

If the Client fails to make payment on time, the Company reserves the right to suspend or take the website offline until payment is received.
If payment remains unpaid for more than 30 days, the Company may permanently remove hosting and related services.
The Company also reserves the right to pursue collection and/or legal remedies, including filing suit in Delaware courts.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Provide all requested content, images, and information in a timely manner.
Ensure all content provided complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the website or related services.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
