Description of Services

Vettore Media, LLC has provided drone inspection services, including 4K video footage of roofs and gutters at Governors Condo Association, as outlined in the original email dated December 7, 2024.

The raw, unedited 4K video footage will be delivered electronically upon acknowledgment of the payment terms below.

Payment Terms

1.Total fee for services: $800.

2. A deposit of $380 has been received.

3.The remaining balance of $420 is due by January 23, 2025.

4. Payment is due in full regardless of whether the Client, Vincent Lewis, receives payment from any third party, including but not limited to Governors Condo Association. The Client accepts sole responsibility for ensuring the remaining balance is paid to Vettore Media, LLC.

5.If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee may apply, and Vettore Media, LLC reserves the right to pursue legal action, including filing a claim in Delaware Small Claims Court.

Acknowledgment by Client

By signing this document, the Client agrees to pay the remaining balance of $420 by January 23, 2025, per the terms outlined above. The Client further acknowledges and accepts responsibility for payment, even if payment is not received from Governors Condo Association or any other third party.
