I, on behalf of Lononno Concepts (client) hereby engage Vettore Media, LLC (provider) to construct a new website.  The following is agreed upon:

Lononno Development Group add on website.

New sub folder will be made on website lononnoconcepts.com

New Wordpress installation will be installed at lononnoconcepts.com/developement (or whatever client wants to be after the slash)

9 new pages will be built

Written content must be provided by the client

Up to three stock photos will be included at no additional charge from depositphotos.com.  If a specific stock photo is desired that is not on depositphotos.com, client must provide the photo. 

The client is responsible for ensuring proper licensing of all images/videos

Stock videos must be provided by the client unless the client is purchasing a video-making service using stock videos.  In that case, stock videos that the provider has access to will be included.  If anything specific is needed regarding stock videos those videos must be provided by the client.

Video-making services using stock videos (background videos for example) are NOT included in the cost of the 9-page website but may be added for $129 each for short background videos up to 45 seconds.

Provider will perform SEO on-site optimization on the 9 new pages and add up to 9 new keywords into the client's existing monitoring plan.

ALL invoicing will still be done through the main lononno concepts website.  No new invoice system will be installed on this new website.

New website will NOT have ecommerce or payment acceptance capabilities

Cost for above = $2500

TERMS

50% due up front to start work.

50% due upon completion of work if completed within one month.

If not completed within one month due to client delays, then 50% of the remaining amount due will be billed each month.

Additional pages will cost $320 each.
